Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with project management in construction
- 2Degree in construction management or related field
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Sage 300
- 4Strong understanding of KDC Construction values and culture
- 5Ability to obtain a state driver's license and maintain clean driving record
- 6Experience with Bluebeam and other document management tools
- 7Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 8Analytical mindset for cost-to-complete analysis and risk mitigation
- 9Commitment to safety compliance and environmental responsibility
