Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical
Overview
Lead mission critical construction projects at Clune Construction where you will own the planning coordination and delivery of complex builds. What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and present RFP responses leading pitches and guiding presentation creation
- 2Head preconstruction activities from initial budgets through final budget approval
- 3Manage contract reviews with owners and subcontractors
- 4Provide leadership guidance to project teams on technical and operational issues
- 5Oversee project cost control and budget management processes
- 6Develop and mentor junior staff including assistants and interns
- 7Drive business development by organizing client events and cultivating new relationships
