What You'll Do9

  • 1Develop and present RFP responses leading pitches and guiding presentation creation
  • 2Head preconstruction activities from initial budgets through final budget approval
  • 3Manage contract reviews with owners and subcontractors
  • 4Provide leadership guidance to project teams on technical and operational issues
  • 5Oversee project cost control and budget management processes
  • 6Develop and mentor junior staff including assistants and interns
  • 7Drive business development by organizing client events and cultivating new relationships
  • 8Contribute to intern program participation and participate in training content development
  • 9Model professional behavior for all team members

  • 89+ years construction project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 92-3 years specific commercial construction experience
  • 10Experience managing field operations scheduling quality control and subcontractor coordination
