Overview
Own project delivery across business and IT stakeholders at scale within a hybrid/remote Phoenix environment. Lead strategic initiatives from conception through implementation, coordinating cross functional teams and vendors to ensure on time, within scope outcomes. Collaborate with product owners and leadership to align objectives and drive measurable impact. This role offers contract to hire potential and exposure to complex enterprise programs.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead end to end project delivery from initiation to close with clear milestones and success criteria
- 2Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, and product owners to maintain alignment and status visibility
- 3Develop plans, budgets, and risk registers to ensure on time, on budget delivery
- 4Drive stakeholder communication and governance artifacts to keep leadership informed
- 5Identify dependencies, manage scope changes, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- 6Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep projects on track
Requirements5
- 15+ years building and delivering complex projects in enterprise environments
- 2Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross functional teams
- 3Experience with contract and vendor management including risk assessment
- 4Ability to work in Phoenix, AZ with hybrid/remote flexibility
- 5Demonstrated track record delivering projects from concept to implementation

$60 - $72k per year
