Technical Delivery Manager, Transformation & PM Coordination
Overview
Own the coordination and delivery of technology and transformation initiatives for a business unit at scale. Lead project management, business analysis, and partner alignment to ensure initiatives meet objectives and timelines. Interface with internal partners to gather requirements, maintain project plans, and manage intake for incoming initiatives. Collaborate across teams to drive measurable outcomes and ensure successful delivery.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain project plans to track milestones and risks for active initiatives
- 2Design and document requirements in collaboration with business partners to clarify scope and success criteria
- 3Lead cross-functional delivery coordination to align transformation work with business goals
- 4Ship updates to stakeholders with clear progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- 5Own intake queue management, prioritize requests, and accelerate decision making for high impact work
- 6Scale delivery methodologies and governance to improve consistent outcomes
- 7Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future initiatives
- 8Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment on architecture, data, and integration points
- 9Debug blockers and coordinate with engineering teams to unblock delivery
- 10Lead with data and outcomes, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 25+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or delivery coordination
- 3Proven experience coordinating technology transformation initiatives
- 4Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
- 5Experience with intake management and prioritization processes
