CommTank seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead fuel system and environmental construction projects across New England. What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with planning coordination execution of commercial fuel system and environmental projects
- 2Support scheduling budgeting purchasing permitting documentation and resource coordination
- 3Review project plans specifications proposals contracts and scopes of work
- 4Coordinate with customers field personnel subcontractors vendors inspectors and regulatory agencies
- 5Track progress costs deadlines change orders and outstanding action items
- 6Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals purchase orders daily reports photographs permits and closeout materials
- 7Visit job sites to monitor progress confirm requirements and resolve field issues
- 8Identify scheduling cost safety or operational concerns and communicate them to project leadership
- 9Support project billing by organizing completed work documentation and verifying milestones
- 10Participate in project kickoff meetings progress meetings and post-project reviews
- 11Ensure work is completed safely efficiently and in accordance with specifications compliance requirements and company standards
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management engineering environmental science business or related field or equivalent experience
- 2One to three years of project management experience
- 3Strong organizational time-management and problem-solving skills
- 4Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 6Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- 7Ability to read and understand project documentation plans specifications and scopes of work
- 8Valid driver’s license
- 9Willingness to travel to project sites throughout New England
- 10Experience supporting commercial construction petroleum equipment fuel storage environmental remediation or facility maintenance projects
- 11Familiarity with project scheduling estimating purchasing permitting or cost tracking
- 12Experience working with subcontractors vendors field technicians or regulatory agencies
- 13Experience with project management estimating construction management or customer relationship software
