Construction Project Manager - Boston
Overview
We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead projects ensuring safe quality delivery on schedule and within budget while enhancing client relationships. This full-time onsite role requires travel to Natick office and local sites. Responsibilities include controlling time cost and quality of construction projects acting as liaison between owners architects engineers subcontractors and clients overseeing feasibility cost scheduling and close-out for multiple projects communicating with team members internal external customers and vendors maintaining Procore records implementing RFQ and bid packages negotiating contracts tracking schedules preparing meeting minutes conducting site visits composing take-offs and estimates coordinating BIM activities discussing follow-ups with teams clients and vendors mentoring staff being proficient in Procore MS Project and Bluebeam. Required education includes knowledge of project management principles proficiency in Excel MS Project Bluebeam and Procore. Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years experience in construction management of new buildings and renovations on-site OSHA 10-Hour certification.

- 15+ years building construction management experience
