- 15+ years in commercial residential or mixed-use construction estimating Greater Boston
- 2Proven expertise with union and non-union labor cost structures
- 3Strong proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff PlanSwift Procore and Bluebeam
- 4Exceptional Excel skills with complex formulas and macros
- 5Demonstrated ability to lead projects from bid to close
- 6Experience with historic building conversion cost modeling
