What You'll Do11
- 1Preconstruction & Estimating Build detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- 2Develop accurate project budgets from conceptual through final pricing
- 3Analyze drawings to identify scope gaps risks and cost drivers
- 4Solicit and level subcontractor bids
- 5Perform trade coverage and ensure complete scope inclusion
- 6Evaluate pricing for accuracy competitiveness and feasibility
- 7Organize and maintain estimate files scopes and documentation
- 8Assist in buyout and subcontractor scope alignment
- 9Support smooth transition from estimating to project management
- 10Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
- 11Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and bid approach
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with high-end residential or interior projects
- 3PlanSwift (required)
- 4Procore experience preferred
- 5Advanced Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
- 6Strong file management and document organization skills
