What You'll Do11
- 1Estimate conceptual design development and hard bids using industry standards
- 2Review and validate estimates to ensure accuracy and alignment with scope
- 3Serve as technical resource and mentor for estimators and coordinators
- 4Partner with Chief Estimator on bid strategy and risk evaluation
- 5Collaborate with architects engineers and executives on bid decisions
- 6Coordinate subcontractor RFPs and evaluate proposals for scope pricing
- 7Maintain estimating tools and analyze market trends for continuous improvement
- 8Drive workflow optimization and efficiency in estimating processes
- 9Support cross‑team initiatives and handle multiple priorities
- 10Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation practices
- 11Mentor junior staff and provide coaching on pricing strategy
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3Minimum 5 to 8 years progressive estimating experience
- 4Proficiency with Procore BuildingConnected Bluebeam OST and Microsoft tools
- 5Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

$130 - $150k per year
