Overview

Drive growth by managing projects and generating new business for Brickface.com. This hybrid part-time role combines business development and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will own projects from start to finish while identifying and closing new opportunities.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Identify and pursue new client and project opportunities (residential/commercial, referral networks, GCs, property managers)
  • 2Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • 3Attend networking events, trade associations, and community functions to build referral relationships
  • 4Prepare and present proposals/bids in coordination with estimating
  • 5Track leads and pipeline status in CRM
  • 6Serve as PM on all projects — scheduling budgeting subcontractor coordination and client communication from kickoff to completion
  • 7Price projects adequately and complete SOWs
  • 8Take on PM responsibilities for additional projects sourced by the company as assigned
  • 9Coordinate with crews subcontractors and vendors to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
  • 10Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • 11Maintain project documentation (contracts change orders permits punch lists)

Requirements7

  • 1OSHA 30 certification (required)
  • 2Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • 3Track record of keeping crews subs and schedules moving without losing sight of quality or budget
  • 4Ability to manage multiple priorities — selling new work while running active jobs
  • 5Self-starter comfortable working part-time/flexible hours with real autonomy
  • 6Experience with construction scheduling estimating or PM tools
  • 7Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (site visits required)
