Project Manager, Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of kitchen and bath remodeling projects for a women-owned Atlanta firm, managing schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction across 10-15 concurrent jobs. You report to the operations lead and coordinate with a team of designers, contractors, and installers. You will drive project outcomes using JobTread for daily updates and documentation. What You'll Do10
- 1Own assigned jobs from kickoff to final sign-off, hitting schedule, budget, and client satisfaction targets within your first 90 days.
- 2Review job sheets before pre-site visits to flag potential issues.
- 3Attend pre-site visits to set client expectations on CCFF processes, confirm scope, and take measurements.
- 4Update job sheets post-visit, adjusting scope and verifying material orders.
- 5Communicate daily with clients via JobTread, sharing start dates, prep instructions, and contractor arrival times.
- 6Brief contractors and trades on project details, ensuring they have the necessary materials and information.
- 7Resolve client or contractor issues within 24 hours by proposing actionable solutions.
- 8Collect client sign-offs at each phase, upload to JobTread, and notify invoicing.
- 9Review completed projects to identify improvement areas for future jobs.
- 10Upload photos and descriptive daily logs for every project.
Requirements8
- 13-5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction or remodeling.
- 2Hands-on experience with JobTread, Builder Trend, or similar scheduling software.
- 3Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- 4Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication for client and team coordination.
- 6Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
- 7Active listening and judgment to navigate client expectations.
- 8Physically capable: stand on a ladder, repetitive bending/standing/walking for 8-hour shifts, lift 10+ pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
