- 3Manage project budgets by monitoring costs forecasting expenditures and implementing cost control measures using BuilderTrend or comparable estimating tools
- 4Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with construction regulations safety protocols and environmental standards
- 5Coordinate with clients contractors engineers and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progression
- 6Read blueprints and schematics accurately guiding construction activities resolving technical issues promptly
- 7Utilize BuilderTrend and other construction management software to track progress document changes and maintain comprehensive project records
- 8Supervise teams on-site and manage subcontractors ensuring work quality aligns with project specifications
- 9Conduct regular project meetings reviewing schedules addressing challenges and updating stakeholders on progress
- 10Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory compliance standards while focusing on safety and efficiency
- 11Manage large-scale residential remodeling jobs emphasizing project scheduling and cost management
- 12Proficient in BuilderTrend for detailed project scheduling experienced with Schematics
- 13Strong understanding of construction regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- 14Hands-on experience reading blueprints schematics contracts and managing construction budgets
- 15Excellent time management prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently in demanding settings
- 16Previous site experience in residential remodeling projects highly desirable
