- 2Manage trade contractors and suppliers to prevent dry runs and ensure timely project completion
- 3Conduct pre-construction orientations and post-closing follow-ups within 30 days
- 4Perform daily site cleanliness checks and enforce safety protocols
- 5Monitor material usage to reduce theft and damage while controlling construction costs
- 6Drive quality assurance through daily home walkthroughs and corrective actions
- 7Coordinate emergency phone responses and maintain accurate daily logging via ITK
- 8Ensure adherence to safety programs and regulatory compliance
- 9Prepare detailed reports and communicate with buyers regarding project timelines
- 10Lead weekend on-call duties and rotate emergency phone responsibilities
- 11Maintain professional appearance and exemplify leadership for trade contractors
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified Professional Constructor (CPC Card)
- 3Experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 4Proven track record in managing construction projects with 2-5 seasons
- 5Strong organizational skills for daily schedule management and trade coordination
