Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management
- 3Proven track record managing commercial residential industrial projects
- 4PMP certification preferred
- 5Strong leadership communication and organizational abilities
- 6Ability to interpret blueprints plans and specifications
- 7Knowledge of local building codes safety regulations permitting processes
