Overview
Production Manager oversees customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale up to final installation. Assesses job sites evaluates agreements and determines scope of work. Advises on financing and scope changes creates precise measurements to prevent material issues. Confirms agreements and negotiates terms without supervisor approval selects and manages material procurement ensures licensing and permitting compliance drives warehouse staging and possesses valid driver’s license.

- 1Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices
- 2Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site to determine scope and viability
- 3Advise customers on financing and possible changes to scope
- 4Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid financial loss from unusable materials
- 5Confirm post-inspection agreements define work plans and negotiate terms directly with customers
- 6Select and manage procurement of all materials ensuring proper specifications and protect against financial loss
- 7Analyze legal requirements related to licensing and permitting and negotiate compliance while working with government agencies
- 8Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance regarding safety and health
- 9Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse staging for delivery
- 10Drive project execution from start to finish
- 11Maintain professional demeanor and demonstrate self motivation discipline and excellent communication skills
