What You'll Do11

- 5Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
- 6Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
- 7Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
- 8Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
- 9Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
- 10Report on progress
- 11Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex infrastructure deployments
- 35+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 45+ years managing cross-functional teams
- 53-5 years implementing BuilderTrend solutions
- 6Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
- 7Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
- 8Understanding of construction management methods, building products, and building codes
- 9Proven ability to break large projects into small steps
