Construction Project Lead
Overview
The Construction Project Lead owns delivery of complex concrete projects through structured planning and disciplined execution. This role uses the Project Execution Process to anticipate challenges and coordinate resources between field operations and customers. The Project Lead develops comprehensive project plans and ensures alignment with contract requirements.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop a comprehensive project plan with the Project Coordinator and field leaders
- 2Validate bid and contract information before detailed planning begins
- 3Create and prepare the Customer Plan and Equipment Plan
- 4Develop and present a sequenced project schedule with milestones
- 5Define quality expectations and integrate safety into all planning phases
- 6Communicate expectations with subcontractors and vendors
- 7Collaborate with the Project Coordinator on the Construction Project Plan
- 8Refine project plans based on customer feedback
- 9Deliver project plan information to Field Leads and schedule activities
- 10Review and validate phase plans created by Field Leads
- 11Maintain site logistics plan and optimize equipment utilization
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience managing data center large industrial commercial concrete projects
- 3Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
- 4Ability to read and interpret bids contracts drawings and specifications
- 5Experience monitoring job cost reports and adjusting work plans
- 6Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- 7Experience with short-interval schedules and sequenced project schedules
- 8Stakeholder engagement skills for coordinating project execution
- 9Leadership experience influencing field teams and crew leads
- 10Competence in identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans
- 11Integration of safety into project planning and execution
