Foster Remodeling Solutions seeks a skilled Kitchen & Bath Lead Carpenter to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will own the project details and drive each remodel to a clean timely completion.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead kitchen bathroom and interior remodeling projects from demolition through final punchlist closeout
- 2Perform hands-on work including cabinet installation finish carpentry doors trim blocking framing modifications hardware accessories and detailed punch work
- 3Read plans elevations specifications selections and schedules identifying conflicts early and communicating practical solutions
- 4Coordinate trade partners inspections material deliveries and daily site activity to maintain proper sequence
- 5Maintain a safe organized broom-clean job site and protect client homes
- 6Communicate professionally with homeowners production managers designers and office staff providing clear progress updates
- 7Inspect workmanship throughout the project maintain quality standards and drive each job to professional closeout
- 8Mentor carpenters and apprentices setting expectations for craftsmanship productivity safety and respect
- 9Drive every job to a complete closeout while meeting deadlines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 4BCBA credential preferred
- 5Strong kitchen and bath remodeling expertise cabinet installation finish carpentry layout trim and project detailing
- 6Working knowledge of residential framing drywall plumbing electrical coordination tile preparation and installation
- 7Ability to read plans plan work ahead solve field conditions sequence trades and maintain realistic project schedule
- 8Professional communication with homeowners sound judgment and responsibility for job site
- 9High standards for quality cleanliness safety and follow-through
- 10Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 11High school diploma or GED
