What You'll Do10
- 1Build project plans and schedules with the Senior Project Manager for multiple active HVAC projects
- 2Coordinate milestones, action items, and documentation to keep projects on track
- 3Support preconstruction through closeout activities including RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
- 4Assist in field coordination with foremen and installation crews to resolve issues
- 5Attend project meetings and job walks to foster stakeholder communication
- 6Develop understanding of sequencing and construction schedules to align field and office efforts
- 7Prepare and manage project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- 8Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication
- 9Visit active job sites to validate progress and safety compliance
- 10Contribute to cross-training initiatives across multiple areas of the business
Requirements8
- 12-5 years of Commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience
- 2Experience as HVAC Installer, Apprentice, Lead Installer, Foreman, or Project Coordinator is desirable
- 3Experience with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus
- 4Recent graduates in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply
- 5Strong organizational and time management skills
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 8Positive attitude and strong work ethic
