What You'll Do10

  • 1Build project plans and schedules with the Senior Project Manager for multiple active HVAC projects
  • 2Coordinate milestones, action items, and documentation to keep projects on track
  • 3Support preconstruction through closeout activities including RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
  • 4Assist in field coordination with foremen and installation crews to resolve issues
  • 5Attend project meetings and job walks to foster stakeholder communication
  • 6Develop understanding of sequencing and construction schedules to align field and office efforts
  • 7Prepare and manage project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • 8Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication
  • 9Visit active job sites to validate progress and safety compliance
  • 10Contribute to cross-training initiatives across multiple areas of the business

Requirements8

  • 12-5 years of Commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience
  • 2Experience as HVAC Installer, Apprentice, Lead Installer, Foreman, or Project Coordinator is desirable
  • 3Experience with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus
  • 4Recent graduates in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply
  • 5Strong organizational and time management skills
  • 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 7Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 8Positive attitude and strong work ethic
