What You'll Do10
- 1Build and coordinate on-site activities with contractors and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow
- 2Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate HVAC system installation and alignment with code requirements
- 3Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout project phases
- 4Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications
- 5Manage project budgets by tracking labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs and implementing cost controls
- 6Review contracts and scope of work to clarify responsibilities and mitigate risks
- 7Lead project meetings for progress updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- 8Supervise a team of installers to deliver high-quality HVAC installations on schedule
- 9Drive project delivery by coordinating scheduling, procurement, and risk management measures
- 10Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on every project
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience managing HVAC installation projects in commercial or residential sectors
