What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead project schedules, detailing tasks and sequencing to meet milestones
  • 2Develop 2D layouts and BIM coordination for materials, equipment, and units
  • 3Attend weekly site meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • 4Manage project using estimates and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
  • 5Prepare and review submittals for electrical, HVAC, lighting, gear, and fire alarm systems
  • 6Create and track RFIs, respond promptly, and document resolutions
  • 7Prepare cost estimates for changes in work and scope adjustments
  • 8Issue monthly billings based on percent complete and project costs
  • 9Monitor costs, PO history, and project progress to drive on-time completion
  • 10Coordinate with Operations Manager and field teams to align around objectives

Requirements5

  • 15+ years of project management experience in construction or related field
  • 23+ years of supervisory experience
  • 3Proficient with MS Office and project management software
  • 4Experience reading blueprints and drawings and coordinating with trades
  • 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions with PPE
