Project Manager, HVAC & Construction Systems
Overview
Own and drive HVAC project delivery at scale across client sites and offices. Lead coordination with sales, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure on time, on budget projects with compliant safety standards. Collaborate with Dynaire teams to deliver excellent client outcomes and maintain rigorous documentation. This role blends field leadership with detailed project planning to differentiate our service delivery.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build project plans and timelines for HVAC installations and upgrades
- 2Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to confirm scope and deliverables
- 3Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors and maintain regular client communication
- 4Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring safety and building code compliance
- 5Manage procurement of materials and equipment and monitor project expenditures
- 6Negotiate contracts and timelines with vendors and subcontractors
- 7Document progress with detailed reports and maintain paperwork
- 8Report project status to HVAC Operations Manager, Finance Team, and President
- 9Resolve conflicts and maintain high client satisfaction
- 10Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience as an HVAC Project Manager
- 2Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements
- 3Strong understanding of project management principles
- 4Proficiency with project management software
- 5Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related training preferred
- 6PMP / PMI or related training preferred
- 7Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites
- 8Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- 9Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- 10Experience with RFI submittals
Salary Insight
$125 - $160k per year
