Project Coordinator, Commercial Electrical Systems

You will own documentation accuracy and cross-trade coordination for electrical installations at an established electrical construction firm in Atlanta. You will support field leadership by turning complex project plans into clear, actionable guidance that keeps installation crews ahead of schedule. You will work directly with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office to manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings. This role stands out for its focus on proactive risk identification and direct involvement with designers, engineers, and field teams. It is an on-site, temporary-to-hire position requiring deep electrical construction knowledge.

Electrical construction leadership experience at scale supporting Project Managers and Field Operations on commercial builds. You will collaborate with GCs, engineers, architects, vendors, and internal teams to keep multiple projects organized from planning through closeout. Expect hands-on coordination, documentation, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking. This role blends office work with occasional site visits and requires proactive follow-up and strong communication.

You own commercial electrical projects from bid to closeout, running multi-million dollar jobs across Orange County. Your team relies on you for scheduling, staffing, materials, and safety. You bring 5+ years of commercial electrical project management experience to a stable contractor.
