What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain project schedules for teams and field personnel and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery
  • 2Communicate with customers regarding timelines and deliverables and provide status updates
  • 3Assist with billing documentation and project tracking to support timely invoicing and financial accuracy
  • 4Compile organize and distribute project reports to stakeholders and leadership
  • 5Work with Project Managers and field technicians to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
  • 6Support preparation of customer report packages and quality checks on project documentation
  • 7Participate in peer reviews and QA checks on project deliverables
  • 8Track project milestones and support administrative project functions
  • 9Maintain project records and documentation within company systems
  • 10Assist operations leadership with reporting and project coordination tasks

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project coordination scheduling project support operations support or similar roles
  • 2Experience interacting with customers and internal project teams
  • 3Strong Microsoft Office Microsoft 365 skills particularly Excel Outlook and Word
  • 4Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • 5Excellent communication skills
  • 6Experience working for an electrical contractor utility contractor testing company engineering firm or construction organization
  • 7Project scheduling experience
  • 8Experience supporting project managers or operations teams
  • 9Familiarity with project reporting and documentation processes
  • 10Exposure to utility electrical engineering or construction related projects
