Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead operational activities at our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will support engineering teams by managing deliverable tracking, coordinating submissions, and ensuring data integrity across civil structural and electrical disciplines. This role drives process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinate tracking scheduling and status reporting of engineering deliverables across civil structural and electrical disciplines
- 2Review submittal packages against the Master Deliverables List to verify completeness and flag discrepancies
- 3Collect organize and maintain technical data reports and documentation including geotechnical structural and electrical test records
- 4Serve as liaison between Project Management and engineering teams to align technical workstreams
- 5Provide day-to-day operational support across multiple service lines to keep teams organized and on schedule
- 6Identify workflow improvements and implement scalable solutions for technical coordination processes
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional members to ensure effective communication and meet project needs
- 8Support quality consistency through meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables
Requirements5
- 11-4+ years experience in project operations technical coordination or engineering support
- 2Familiarity with civil/geotechnical structural or electrical deliverables such as foundation design racking systems or grounding
- 3Exposure to technical deliverable tracking KPI monitoring or data management systems preferred
- 4Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred with relevant project operations background
- 5Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
