Lead design and documentation across multiple project phases for a Salt Lake City studio. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and coordinate schematic design through construction documentation for multi-phase projects Revit deliverables
- 2Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment and quality across drawings and models SketchUp Rhino
- 3Prepare client presentation materials including graphics and renderings to communicate design intent Adobe Creative Suite
- 4Assist with construction administration tasks such as RFIs submittals and addenda ensuring timely responses
- 5Maintain organization consistency and quality control across all deliverables and documentation Building Codes and coordination practices
- 6Engage with senior staff in design discussions and contribute to studio-wide design conversations Mentorship
- 7Support ongoing professional development through CEU sessions and training opportunities Revit
- 8Contribute to project milestones from early concept through construction documenting design intent Coordination
- 9Utilize visualization tools to communicate complex ideas and decisions to clients and team members Graphic

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field 5+ years of professional architectural experience Revit proficiency
- 2Proficiency in Revit for design documentation and coordination Building Codes understanding
- 3Experience contributing to schematic design design development and construction document phases RFIs submittals and addenda
- 4Working knowledge of building systems and construction methods Rhino SketchUp
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external consultants Documentation
- 6Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver consistent results Mentorship
- 7Licensure not required; actively pursuing licensure preferred Professional Development
