What You'll Do14

  • 4Incorporate redlines and project updates while maintaining quality standards

  • 6Support quality control by reviewing drawings and identifying coordination issues before milestones
  • 7Assist Project Architects and Managers with daily delivery tasks and technical execution
  • 8Participate in design discussions balancing aesthetics functionality constructability and project goals
  • 9Collaborate with junior and senior team members to maintain schedules meet deadlines and achieve deliverables
  • 10Share knowledge providing informal mentorship to less experienced staff
  • 11Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal teams to resolve technical challenges

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 25–7+ years of professional architectural experience
  • 3Strong proficiency in Revit for coordinated construction documentation
  • 4Experience with institutional federal civic international or embassy projects
  • 5Ability to perform design changes and updates in Revit during design phases
  • 6Demonstrated ability to review drawings and identify coordination issues across disciplines
  • 7Interest in mentoring junior staff within a collaborative team environment
  • 8Experience supporting high-profile government or federal projects
  • 9Preference for architectural licensure
  • 10Familiarity with design development workflows and construction administration processes
  • 11Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and maintaining documentation quality
