Project Architect, Faith-Based & Educational Projects
Overview
You will own the technical delivery of faith-based and educational projects across all phases, from design through construction administration. Using Revit and AutoCAD, you will produce and coordinate construction documents that meet code and ADA standards. You will work directly with consultants, internal teams, and leadership, gaining exposure to client-facing decisions. This role offers a clear path to leadership on a stable pipeline of community-focused work, with hands-on involvement in every phase.
What You'll Do6
- 1Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD from design through construction documentation.
- 2Lead the production of drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- 3Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to resolve design and technical issues.
- 4Review drawings for compliance with building codes and ADA requirements, making necessary adjustments.
- 5Support construction administration by processing RFIs, submittals, and site documentation.
- 6Maintain organized project files and drawing sets to ensure version control and accessibility.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 25+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
- 3Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- 4Solid understanding of construction documentation and coordination.
- 5Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
- 6Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- 7Experience with religious or institutional architecture preferred.
Salary Insight
$70 - $110k per year
