What You'll Do5
- 1Lead multiple K-12 architectural projects, serving as the primary client contact and driving project delivery, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

- 3Mentor team members while overseeing project performance, budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes.
- 4Coordinate project work across Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
- 5Drive strategic growth initiatives by identifying opportunities with existing and prospective K-12 clients.
Requirements4
- 112+ years of architectural experience with leadership in K-12 education projects.
- 2Professional licensure (RA) preferred; LEED or WELL accreditation a plus.
- 3Strong knowledge of educational facility planning, building codes, and project delivery methods.
- 4Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Salary Insight
$120 - $160k per year
