Architectural Project Manager, Revit & K-12 Design Lead
Overview
Revit led architectural project manager role guiding complex Commercial and K–12 projects from concept to construction. You will mentor emerging talent, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive design excellence while maintaining client relationships. Work autonomously within a high-performing team to advance technical standards and project outcomes. What You'll Do10
- 1Build architectural models and documentation in Revit for Commercial and K–12 projects across all phases
- 2Lead design direction, technical strategy, and QA processes to ensure alignment with client goals and firm standards
- 3Mentor interdisciplinary teams to improve collaboration and project quality
- 4Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams to align on goals, design vision, scope, and deliverables
- 5Review drawings and specifications to uphold project standards from concept through construction administration
- 6Participate in client meetings and presentations to clearly communicate design intent and technical solutions
- 7Manage day-to-day delivery, tracking progress and addressing design, technical, and coordination issues
- 8Support firmwide initiatives on design excellence and technical standards
- 9Provide leadership and growth opportunities for emerging professionals
- 10Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices including RFIs and submittals
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 210+ years of professional architectural experience with demonstrated leadership across multiple project phases
- 3Strong proficiency in Revit including model creation through all project phases
- 4Experience leading complex projects in Commercial and/or K–12 sectors
- 5Experience with construction administration and coordination with contractors
- 6Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills for client and stakeholder presentations
- 7Demonstrated ability to mentor others and uphold design and technical standards
- 8Self-directed, collaborative work style capable of managing complex demands with autonomy
- 9Architectural licensure preferred but not required
- 10K–12 design experience preferred and openness to varied backgrounds
Salary Insight
$85 - $115k per year
