Overview
Revit and leadership focused Project Architect to drive schematic design through construction documentation for complex embassy and government projects. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate cross discipline teams, and maintain project momentum across multiple international sites. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction on high profile programs. - 1Build comprehensive construction document sets in Revit for embassy and government projects and ensure alignment with project goals
- 2Review drawings, details, and docs for quality, constructability, and accuracy

- 4Ensure adherence to codes, standards, and client requirements through all design phases
- 5Offer project oversight to remove bottlenecks and maintain schedule
- 6Serve as a key technical resource from schematic design through documentation
- 7Mentor junior staff and strengthen team understanding of the full project lifecycle
- 8Support planning, staffing, and workflow to sustain efficient execution
- 9Guide projects from schematic concepts to construction documents and delivery
- 10Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain schedules and milestones
Requirements10
- 1Licensed Architect with active registration
- 27–10+ years of architectural experience with increasing responsibility
- 3Strong experience in schematic design and evaluating concepts early in the process
- 4Proven background in design development and construction documentation for complex commercial or institutional projects
- 5Advanced proficiency in Revit for design changes and detailed documents
- 6Experience with construction administration and coordination of documents
- 7Ability to coordinate complex project teams and multiple consultants across disciplines
- 8Experience reviewing, guiding, and mentoring junior architectural staff
- 9Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- 10Leadership capabilities including project oversight and quality control
