Overview
Join Intuit's Tech Learning team as a Program Manager. Tech Learning powers AI-native builder transformation training engineers PMs and designers across Claude Cursor Figma Make and Builder.IO. This role transforms daily operations into operational excellence while delivering programs that drive technical talks onboarding and AI for technical development. You will be the operational backbone of Tech Learning.
What You'll Do14
- 1Own the O`Reilly vendor relationship and support our Udemy partnership to ensure platform utilization
- 2Manage the broader learning vendor and contractor ecosystem including contract renewals usage tracking and performance reviews
- 3Track and report on vendor spend and accruals partnering with Finance on budget planning forecasting and in-year adjustments
- 4Continuously evaluate vendor ROI and utilization to inform renew/reduce/expand decisions
- 5Design and run Tech Learning`s operating cadence leadership reviews planning cycles biweekly updates and reporting rituals
- 6Maintain Jira/planning infrastructure initiatives epics and workstreams for leadership visibility
- 7Build and maintain dashboards translating raw training data completions NPS and adoption into decision-ready insights
- 8Establish scalable planning frameworks for growth
- 9Collaborate with Onboarding Program Manager to support Dev@Intuit and key onboarding programs
- 10Partner with AI learning Program Manager to deploy learning experiences
- 11Develop curriculum and learning bites across initiatives
- 12Lead readiness workstreams for new program launches platform migrations and tool rollouts
- 13Act as connective tissue across Tech Learning Finance and cross-functional partners surfacing risks and driving mitigation
- 14Translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership
Requirements10
- 15+ years of experience in program management vendor procurement or related field
- 2Proficiency in AI tools Claude ChatGPT Gemini Cursor for analysis reporting and drafting
- 3Strong organizational skills building and running operating rhythms
- 4Experience managing vendor relationships budgets and ROI analysis
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication translating data into actionable insights
- 6Proficiency with Google Suite and Jira or similar program tracking tools
- 7Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-moving matrixed environment
- 8Preferred experience supporting learning and development enablement or developer relations
- 9Familiarity with LXP LMS platforms Docebo Degreed and training vendor ecosystems
- 10Experience building dashboards reporting pipelines from raw operational data
Salary Insight
$150 - $203k per year
