Overview
LPL Financial seeks a Learning & Enablement Specialist to develop digital solutions for the Client Readiness Program. This role bridges strategic vision with hands-on design using advanced tools to create scalable, efficient, and engaging digital experiences for New2LPL clients. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at simplifying complex concepts.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design & Development: Partner with leadership to build scalable educational learning paths and microlearning content.
- 2Collaboration & Consultation: Work with SMEs to harmonize content across Platform Business and Technology domains.
- 3Content Creation: Produce dynamic training materials using Microsoft 365 Adobe Illustrator Camtasia Vimeo Canva and AI-enhanced tools.
- 4Content Standards & Governance: Establish governance models for client-facing digital assets ensuring compliance and quality.
- 5Digital Community Support: Provide day-to-day assistance for client events and manage speaker logistics.
- 6Event Management: Execute webinars and conferences from planning to post-event follow-up.
- 7Innovation & Improvement: Research learning technologies and partner with Advisor L&D to enhance delivery methods.

- 12+ years developing educational resources or digital learning pathways
- 2Proven experience designing training for diverse user groups
- 3Ability to simplify complex technical information into engaging formats
- 4Strong portfolio in e-learning development video production and visual design
- 5Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 6Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and content creation
- 7Formal certification in instructional design project management or educational technology
- 8Bachelor's degree or higher
- 9Experience in financial services
