What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the employee experience team and operating rhythm
- 2Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs
- 3Develop scalable learning content including e-learning and microlearning
- 4Partner with product and go-to-market teams to align training
- 5Lead training delivery across virtual and in-person formats
- 6Measure effectiveness using surveys and analytics
- 7Stay current on learning technology and digital adoption tools
- 8Deliver global programs focusing on the U.S. and U.K.
- 9Apply localization techniques to ensure relevance
- 10Require 10 to 15 years of experience in training or enablement
- 11Demonstrate proven people leadership and coaching abilities
Requirements11
- 110 to 15 years of experience in training enablement or employee experience
- 2Proven people leadership including coaching and cross-functional influence
- 3Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- 4Proficiency with LMS digital adoption platforms Articulate 360 Camtasia Adobe Creative Cloud Microsoft Teams
- 5Experience aligning enablement to roadmaps and release cycles
- 6Familiarity with agile methods and change management frameworks such as ADKAR
- 7Strong communication and digital learning background
- 8Bachelor’s degree in HR education marketing business or MBA preferred
- 9Data-driven approach using dashboards and learner feedback
- 10Comfortable in fast-paced matrixed environment
- 11U.S. National Base Pay Range $136,100 - $252,800
