Overview
Join GA-ASI's MQ-9 Training Systems team in Poway CA as a Program Manager. Lead customer and internal projects developing SkyGuardian Mission Trainer. Manage budgets schedules and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver training devices and simulations. This role drives program execution and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
What You'll Do15
- 1Integrate all MQ-9B training product demand
- 2Deconflict resource challenges and coordinate product development timelines
- 3Provide leadership to employees managing assigned projects
- 4Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- 5Create project plans and manage resources to meet schedule budget and quality goals
- 6Oversee project schedule milestones from initiation to delivery
- 7Assign and monitor work of project management staff providing direction when needed
- 8Manage CAE subcontract for next generation simulation effects
- 9Coordinate departmental teams to prioritize tasks for new or upgraded products
- 10Develop and deliver progress reports proposals and presentations
- 11Identify and solve project issues to meet productivity quality and customer satisfaction goals
- 12Develop DCS and FMS proposals for international customers
- 13Interpret policies procedures impacting projects
- 14Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- 15Ensure compliance with laws regulations and operating procedures
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 211+ years program administration experience
- 3Bachelor's Master's PhD in engineering science or related field
- 4Secret clearance required
- 5Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed
- 6Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- 7Customer focus and ability to work independently in team environment
- 8Experience with DoD security clearance processes
