Lead program execution and management of complex projects within the In-Space Systems business unit. Oversee technical aspects budget schedule and risk. Drive delivery of recovery plans. Report to Director of Program Management. Seek technically skilled leader with commitment to quality.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Primary point of contact for program deliverables performance to plan and completion of customer statement of work
  • 2Manage contractual data requirements lists and deliveries support mission scope definition and programmatic baselining budget management
  • 3Customer relationship building and management program staffing requests team scope management spend planning risk management
  • 4Prioritize weekly and monthly tasking across multiple organizations maintain cognizance of all project activities
  • 5Lead financial performance of accounts held at program level oversee financial performance of subsystem leads
  • 6Organize prepare conduct staff meetings operating reviews monthly corporate reporting quarterly and annual planning cycles generate and track action items
  • 7Lead Program Planning and Control Finance Procurement Cost Engineering teams establish baselines detailed planning execution status and recovery plans
  • 8Partner with supporting functional organizations such as finance legal supply chain enterprise technology to assure continuous interfaces smooth operations and reconciliation of process standards action items
  • 9Represent Business Unit/Product Line interests on proposal efforts regarding scope price versus cost and resource allocation act as single threaded leader responsible for program sign off
  • 10Establish program baselines detailed planning execution status and recovery plans to variance

Requirements6

  • 1Active Top Secret clearance required
  • 2Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering or equivalent experience
  • 38+ years of experience in program management and or program planning within aerospace industry
  • 4Experience working on aerospace development programs and or space systems
  • 5Strong understanding of DFARs based contracts
  • 6Ability to earn trust maintain positive professional relationships
