Program Manager, Parenting Time Services - Arizona
Overview
Own on-site operational leadership for Parenting Time Services under the ADCS contract in Phoenix. Lead referrals, scheduling, documentation, and staff supervision to ensure trauma-informed, compliant services from referral through closure. Hybrid, part-time role with potential to grow to full-time, collaborating with clinical leadership and ADCS stakeholders. This role stands out by integrating child welfare strategies with culturally responsive care.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build referral oversight processes ensuring timely entry and assignment within 24 hours
- 2Design and monitor scheduling workflows to guarantee first contact within 24 hours and visits within 5 business days
- 3Lead documentation compliance audits and ensure proper service codes and case notes within 24 hours
- 4Own Guardian system coordination and weekly reporting to Clinical Administrator
- 5Scale staff supervision and onboarding, including quarterly competency reviews and trauma-informed coaching
- 6Drive quality assurance and risk management through incident review, audits, and reporting to CEO and ADCS
- 7Oversee mileage and payroll processes for Arizona-specific compliance
- 8Maintain trauma-informed, culturally responsive office operations and serve as escalation point for staff
- 9Represent Compass to The Crest in ADCS meetings and stakeholder engagements
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- 23+ years experience in child welfare, supervised visitation, or behavioral health
- 3Experience with ADCS/Guardian system preferred
- 4Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- 5Experience supervising direct service staff
- 6Proficiency with EHR systems (Simple Practice preferred)
- 7Ability to manage high-risk and high-emotion situations
- 8Strong documentation and compliance skills
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication
- 10High ethical standards and confidentiality
