This onsite role leads Field Office operations and directs direct services to improve permanency and well being for families served. You will supervise field office staff, coordinate with public agencies and tribes, and drive quality improvement and compliance across programs. The position emphasizes equity, collaboration, and strategic planning in a high accountability environment.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and oversee day to day field office operations ensuring adherence to standards and policies
  • 2Lead direct service outcomes that improve permanency and well being for children, youth, young adults and families
  • 3Manage budget development and resource allocations, crisis and risk management, and staff development
  • 4Directly supervise field office staff and provide clinical services aligned with the CFS Practice Model
  • 5Cultivate relationships with local public child welfare agencies courts CASAs attorneys and community partners
  • 6Guide practice policy development as a member of leadership teams and practice groups
  • 7Coordinate quality improvement assurance and accreditation compliance including reporting and corrective actions
  • 8Oversee staff training supervision and peer consultation to maintain service quality
  • 9Engage with stakeholders to design and implement effective direct service agreements
  • 10Monitor and report on performance outcomes and program effectiveness

Requirements10

  • 1Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • 2Eight years of progressively responsible experience in management administration and clinical supervision in child welfare or related field
  • 3Strategic rol​e experience and/or strategic consulting
  • 4Knowledge of foster care kinship care transition services and clinical social work
  • 5Experience in strategic planning and systems integration with state/county jurisdictions and tribes
  • 6Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills
  • 7Commitment to equity and inclusion including respect for tribal sovereignty and cultural differences
  • 8Ability to work across teams and with external partners and manage high pressure environments
  • 9Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of town
  • 10Full-time onsite availability in Phoenix AZ
