What You'll Do10
- 1Build and own acquisition integrations from diligence through close onboarding and tracking all workstreams
- 2Lead cross functional growth initiatives across Operations Marketing Finance HR IT and Growth
- 3Champion the strategy framework enabled by the Asana rollout build workspaces templates and reporting
- 4Diagnose and fix broken processes and design processes before tools are implemented
- 5Lead the CEO idea funnel intake scoring triage and weekly digests to move ideas to execution
- 6Review validate and clean CRM data to preserve historic customer information after acquisitions
- 7Coordinate with regional leaders to sequence dependencies including onboarding training porting numbers and rebranding
- 8Travel to acquired markets for diligence onsite data collection and town halls
- 9Track and report status across active integrations flag risks and keep leadership informed
- 10Build and improve playbooks and checklists to accelerate future integrations
Requirements6
- 15+ years of experience in project program management business operations or similar cross functional role
- 2Deep hands on Asana expertise building workspaces custom fields and reporting
- 3Experience with process mapping and process improvement Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
- 4Excellent organizational skills managing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines
- 5Comfort with ambiguity in a fast moving PE backed environment
- 6Strong written and verbal communication tailored for frontline teams to senior leadership
