What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor and respond to emails and telephone inquiries regarding program enrollment
- 2Prepare and mail books monthly to enrolled families
- 3Create and facilitate playgroup materials and family activities
- 4Plan and attend playgroups across Nevada counties
- 5Facilitate communication between staff and families
- 6Send program surveys and provide status updates
- 7Lead the annual Readers in Training Resource Fair
- 8Collaborate with Program Manager on resource provision
- 9Monitor supply inventory and assist with purchasing plans
- 10Work with Spanish translation resources for family access
- 11Attend meetings with the RIT team
Requirements11
- 1College degree preferred focusing on child development or early childhood education
- 2Ability to read write and speak Spanish strongly preferred
- 3Coordinate and support tasks with team members
- 4Maintain flexibility for evenings and weekends
- 5Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
