Enrollment and Eligibility Coordinator Seasonal
Overview
Seasonal position overseeing enrollment and onboarding for Early Learning programs. Responsible for outreach recruitment and maintaining compliance with regulations. Reports to Family Advocacy and Community Engagement Manager.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead referral intake orientation process for families
- 2Conduct enrollment interviews and score applications
- 3Track and prioritize waitlist while outreach to underserved families
- 4Attend community events to promote program awareness
- 5Build partnerships with schools and organizations for referrals
- 6Follow up with prospects via multiple channels to support enrollment
- 7Distribute materials and manage recruitment activities
- 8Encourage parental involvement and liaise with Parent Committee
- 9Maintain NOHO and Child Plus databases with current records
- 10Ensure CCL forms are completed before child start date
- 11Coordinate with center staff on licensing documentation
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service data entry or admin
- 2Proficiency with Excel Word Access and databases
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience with low-income families in urban settings
- 5Ability to work with community agencies and complete assessments
- 6Valid criminal background check and negative TB test
- 7Health report submission prior to hiring
- 8Completion of education requirements before employment
- 9Current Covid immunizations
- 10Familiarity with NoHo and Child Plus systems
