What You'll Do7
- 1Lead 2-3 team leads and 35 hourly employees in a non-union manufacturing environment.
- 2Mentor and coach team leads and associates to build accountability and high performance.
- 3Drive achievement of KPIs, safety metrics, and on-time delivery targets.
- 4Assess team capabilities and implement training plans to close gaps.
- 5Own assigned production area, making independent operational decisions daily.
- 6Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean tools and methods.
- 7Coordinate with support teams to ensure material flow and equipment uptime.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- 2BS degree preferred.
- 3Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
- 4Proven ability to develop and coach hourly teams.
- 5Track record of meeting safety and production KPIs.
- 6Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
