Manufacturing Manager
Overview
Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation. Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations. Assess current team performance and operational processes, taking full ownership of the production area. Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor. Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders. Achieve and exceed established KPIs, metrics, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals. Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance.

Requirements3
- 1Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment
