Overview
Manufacturing Maintenance Manager at Superior Metal Technologies overseeing all aspects of maintenance in a 120000 square foot paint and anodizing facility. What You'll Do11
- 1Balance safety quality cost and productivity while maintaining positive results
- 2Demonstrate commitment to injury free environment and safety and health management program
- 3Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs needed and complete tasks or coordinate with contractors/vendors
- 4Operate power tools and associated equipment safely and efficiently
- 5Perform daily breakdown repairs of equipment prioritize work based on manufacturing production needs
- 6Troubleshoot electrical hydraulic mechanical issues with and without prints
- 7Rebuild and troubleshoot pumps centrifugal and diaphragm
- 8Program and troubleshoot PLC control systems
- 9Weld aluminum and steel experience
- 10Operate cutting torch
- 11On call for after hours as needed
Requirements14
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent work experience
- 2Five plus years of maintenance leadership experience
- 3Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- 4Experience in aluminum finishing environment
- 5Previous supervision experience
- 6Knowledge of electrical hydraulics and pneumatics
- 7Experience with preventative maintenance
- 8Hands on leadership ability
- 9Self starter independent work and constant improvement
- 10Ability to work in fast paced time sensitive environment
- 11Strong knowledge of overhead crane systems
- 12Proficiency with PLC control systems
- 13Welding aluminum and steel
- 14Understanding of AC DC voltage 480V 277V 240V 120V 24V 12V
