- 1Drive schedule attainment by monitoring output vs plan throughout shift
- 2Adjust staffing and priorities to meet production targets
- 3Manage attendance scheduling and timekeeping for assigned team
- 4Identify and escalate constraints impacting operational performance
- 5Ensure smooth shift handoffs with clear communication of performance and issues
- 6Maintain constant presence on production floor Gemba focused leadership
- 7Enforce adherence to standard work and operating procedures
- 8Train onboard and develop employees to build capability engagement
- 9Supervise coach support employees to meet performance expectations
- 10Monitor KPIs including Safety Quality Delivery Productivity
- 11Hold team accountable for daily and shift level targets
- 12Lead shift meetings reinforce accountability for results
- 13Identify performance gaps lead structured problem solving
- 14Drive waste reduction continuous improvement initiatives
- 15Lead root cause analysis implement sustainable corrective actions
- 16Coordinate with scheduling and maintenance align priorities resolve issues

Requirements4
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 23–5 years manufacturing operations experience union environment
- 3Prior leadership experience preferred
- 4Lean experience bilingual skills a plus
