Requirements10
- 1High school diploma required
- 2Minimum 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience
- 31 to 3 years managing people
- 4Proficiency with Inside UFPI systems
- 5Knowledge of JDA and JSA documentation
- 6Certification in CPC Card or BCBA
- 7Experience with Precise Plant Quality Program
- 8Understanding of LOTO and machine audit processes
- 9Familiarity with 5S and TPM principles
- 10Forklift driver license obtained
