Overview
Lead from the line overseeing safety quality and production targets. Rally crew confirm safety checks and walk the line to verify GMP compliance. - 1Own day-to-day manufacturing performance ensuring safety quality and production targets
- 2Lead mentor and upskill team members through training and performance conversations
- 3Monitor process health and enforce GMPs safety protocols and company policies
- 4Champion continuous improvement to raise productivity and cut waste
- 5Collaborate cross-functionally with QA maintenance and supply chain to remove blockers
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22–5 years supervising in a manufacturing or production environment
- 3Strong leadership presence clear communication and sharp problem-solving
- 4Ability to prioritize and execute amid fast-changing demands
- 5Nice to have Food beverage or CPG manufacturing background
- 6Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or structured CI practices
- 7Hands-on experience with ERP and production reporting tools
- 8Physical readiness lift up to 25 pounds independently
- 9Comfort standing walking and working in a manufacturing setting for extended periods
- 10Availability for an 8-hour shift plus overtime when required
- 11Lead where it matters most on the floor while building a team that delivers safe high-quality results every shift
