Production Supervisor (2nd Shift | 3pm - 11pm PST)
Overview
iRhythm seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the 2nd Shift. The role ensures daily production meets safety efficiency and regulatory standards while developing talent and fostering collaboration.
What You'll Do22
- 1Operational Leadership Supervise daily production to guarantee safe timely delivery meeting quality specs
- 2Maintain compliance with FDA ISO 13485 and other medical device regulations
- 3Communicate daily goals and performance expectations to the team
- 4Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize schedule disruption
- 5Lead and motivate associates to achieve performance targets
- 6Conduct training on SOPs Work Instructions and GMP practices
- 7Monitor attendance performance and adherence to safety procedures
- 8Support coaching feedback and recognition for a positive work environment
- 9Execute production plans adjust staffing and resources to meet output goals
- 10Document production records and track plan versus actual performance
- 11Ensure quality adherence through nonconformance investigations CAPAs and audits
- 12Promote Good Documentation Practices and data integrity
- 13Maintain safe compliant work environment following EHS standards
- 14Conduct safety inspections and encourage reporting unsafe conditions
- 15Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean events and 5S programs
- 16Collaborate build agile teams promote cross shift communication

Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in manufacturing operations with 1-2 years supervisory role
- 3Associate degree or equivalent education required
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field preferred
- 5Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing experience with 1-2 years leadership preferring medical device industry
- 6Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing quality systems ISO 13485 FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- 7Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems such as QAD SAP Oracle
- 8Strong communication problem solving and organizational skills
- 9Ability to motivate teams maintain safety quality and delivery
- 10Commitment to teamwork employee engagement and continuous improvement
- 11On-site presence required may involve shift work weekend coverage occasional overtime
