Requirements9
- 1High School diploma with minimum 3 years operational leadership experience
- 2Ability to work 12 hour rotating shift on DuPont Schedule
- 3Strong knowledge of production processes and OSHA regulations
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or ERP systems
- 5Solid understanding of company policies and communication skills
- 6Experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- 7Leadership abilities and performance evaluation experience
- 8Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
