What You'll Do33
- 1Determines production schedule based on internal and customer needs

- 10Audits QC records to verify compliance with processes and SOPs
- 11Marks all WIP with part numbers and work order numbers
- 12Audits production order confirmations for accuracy
- 13Works with Production Manager to plan improvement projects
- 14Documents knowledge of raw materials and production processes
- 15Creates and implements operational procedures
- 16Writes clearly and communicates effectively with diverse groups
- 17Builds constructive relationships with colleagues
- 18Manages personal and team time effectively
- 19Applies critical thinking to solve production challenges
- 20Makes timely decisions based on cost and impact analysis

- 31Possesses 4+ years supervisory experience
- 32Has 4+ years manufacturing shop experience
- 33Demonstrates expertise with SAP database query software procurement systems
